
For over 11 years, I’ve trained with the Bulgarian Bag, coaching everyone from Olympic gold medalists and UFC champions to everyday women who just want to feel strong, energized, and at home in their bodies again.
And yes… I’ll absolutely be out here with my hair curled, slinging a Bulgarian Bag, because strength and femininity are not mutually exclusive around here.
I believe movement should challenge you, empower you, and remind you who you are, not punish you.
My coaching is about more than workouts.
It’s about helping women reconnect to their confidence, their power, and the version of themselves that’s been buried under schedules, stress, motherhood, work, expectations… and reheated lemon water.
Maybe you used to be an athlete.
Maybe you just loved moving your body and feeling GOOD in your skin.
But somewhere along the way, life got loud, and you started feeling a little disconnected from yourself.
I get it.
I’ve been there too.
That’s why this space exists.
Here, we build strength that actually translates into real life.

And we learn how to trust ourselves again.
My goal?
To help you feel strong enough to carry your life confidently, physically, mentally, and emotionally.
And yes… you’ll probably surprise yourself along the way.
